December 2024: Pine monoculture in Göttin becomes mixed forest
In December we planted deciduous trees and brought seeds into the ground on one hectare of pine monoculture. Since our first planting two years ago was almost completely eaten away, this time we put up individual fences. In the hope that the oaks, chestnuts, ashes, hop hornbeams and wild plums that we planted will transform the pine forest into a mixed forest
